two new fangs, I mean teeth

Within the past week, two new teeth have pushed their way through the surface of Azariah's gums. It's not been an easy process: sleepless nights, lots of tears, ice cubes and wet washcloths, nursing to sleep, bitten fingers, tired mom, and new chewy toys. It is an accomplishment worth celebrating!!!

This past week we were also blessed to have Dad and Tamara in town for five nights. They sure enjoyed holding and playing with Azariah, and it was so fun to see the excitement they got from watching him. Joshua and I came home Saturday night, after getting together with a few couples from church, to a familiar site. Dad was standing up swaying with Azariah in his arms as they watched the rest of their movie.  Aaahhhhh, these are the days!!!

Hope to post more pictures!

Hi y'all! Glad for the update. Weird thing though. It says it was posted on 2/22, but I'm just getting it, and I check often, even as late as last night, and it wasn't there. Anyway, glad to see another post! So, precious! We may see you Friday night, if you are at HQ! We'll be with Kelly through Saturday. Love y'all!

Hyland's Teething Tablets (homeopathic) were recommended to me and we have really liked them. You can get them at Wal-mart and at health stores. We have lots of teeth over here as well. At first Peter looked like a pirate with one unsymmetrical tooth sticking up but now he has 2 teeth on the bottom and 2 coming down on top.

Thanks for posting!
Love, Katie

Wow, four teeth already! Has it been a long haul? We've actually been using hylands, so it's funny you mentioned it. It's been working great for us, minus the time it takes to kick in:)

We miss you guys!

I just saw these pics of Azariah chewing on something. He doesn't look unhappy when you were taking the picture but I believe you about the pain and sleeplessness.
Rose, it was great to see you and Azariah today!

I so remember those days....And the famous "Sophie the Giraffe!" Jayden couldn't get enough of it and save it because they will re-use her when he gets his molars! What would we do without Sophie :) Azariah is a doll and we miss you all!
